It has been declared for information of all concerned candidates those who have applied for Supply Inspector post of Odishassc that the Preliminary examination for the post of Inspector of Supplies advertised vide Commission's No.239510SSC dated 23.7.2012 will be held on 13.1.2013 (Sunday) at 34 places spread all over the State Orissa in one sitting from 10 AM to 12 noon.

There will be only General Awareness exam in the preliminary exam of Supply Inspector recruitment 2012.

Candidates those who have applied for the post of inspector of supplies of odishassc can download their admit card from OSSC website, applicants need to download the admit cards at the website of the odishassc and take print out thereof, which they have to carry to the examination center. Instruction for Downloading the admit card is available here. The website also gives a list of rejected applications with grounds of rejection. Admit cards can be downloaded in respect of those applicants whose applications have not been rejected. If any candidate is unable to download the admit card through the website, he/she may appear in person at the appropriate counter in the Commission's office during office hours on any day between 8th January to 11th January, 2013 to collect the admit card for supply inspector exam 2012.

Basic Information about OJEE 2011 E-Counselling

It may be noted here that JEE ORISSA RESULT  declared on MAY 26th. After the declaration of result of ojee 2011 students are eagerly waiting for the ojee counselling 2011. What is Mock counselling and what are the details ?

There will be Mock counseling for ojee 2011 candidates from July 3rd to July 15th July 2011. In the mock counselling students are required to register their names through the E-counselling procedure. While registration students will select their favorite college by choice filling. A new thing in the jee counseling 2011 that the passwords of the students will be secure as compare to the last year. When students will lock their choices at Nodal center for final then it will be consider as final selection and the respective student also cant change the choices even after that final choice filling. If after registration any student forgot or lost his password for the ojee counselling then the student can recover the password only at the Nodal center. There were some defects in last year ojee counselling, so in this year while ojee 2011 counselling they have rectified it, they have made a different software this year, and as per the ojee board they gave the software for the Security Audit. And after the audit it will be used as officially on 3rd June while Mock counselling. So, Dear friends be prepared for the Mock counselling. And after the Mock counselling students can know which college they are likely to get as per their ranking.

What after Mock counselling ?

After the Mock counselling there will be final counselling in the Nodal centers between 18th July to 28th July, between these days students should go to the nearest Nodal centers and have to lock the final selection, then student will get a print out of the final selection. And one more thing, students are required to bring a draft of Rs. 450 along with them while they will come to the Nodal center.

1st seat allotment will be on 2nd August, then between 3rd August to 7th August students will deposit their joining fee, it can be noted that joining fee is Rs. 16000 for Government college and Rs.30000 for private college. Then the same procedure will be continue till the end of counselling and the 2nd seat allotment will be on 10th of August 2011, then students have to deposit the joining fees amount between 11th August to 15th August.

What is E-Counselling ?

Orissa jee counselling 2011 will be made through E-counselling. E-counselling is the process through which students can fill up their choices through a computer instead of arriving to Bhubaneswar and by waiting for lots of time,that when their number will come and the student will choice the college and will verify the documents etc etc, this process is called as central counselling, it was taking a lots of time of the student and their parents. But through the ojee E-counselling procedure the students can fill their choices by some clicks, its too good and easy as compare to central counselling.

Date and details of E-counselling

Till now its declared that E-counselling for the year of 2011 will be made on the 3rd of July. For ojee counselling 2011 there will be 18 Nodal Centers in 11 places of Orissa. For the first time students can lock their choices in the Nodal Center only, so that they cant inspired by others relating to choice filling. As there were many technical problems as well as manual problems in the last year ojee counselling, the ojee board has made some changes in the ojee E-counselling structure. Last year there were 16 nodal centers but in this year its increased to 18.

Places for the Nodal Centers

There are 11 places of Orissa where 18 Nodal Centers will be available for the E-counselling procedure for ojee 2011. Those places where the Nodal centers will be available are Bhubaneswar, Cuttak, Baleswar, Baripada, Sarang, Rourkela, Sambalpur(Burla), Jaipur, Berhampur, Bhawanipatna. These are the 11 places where the Nodal centers will be available and students can fill their choices by reaching the Nodal centers.


There will be 6 Nodal Centers at Bhubaneswar, and there will be 2 Nodal centers at Cuttak, Rourkela, Berhampur. And in Baleswar, Baripada, Sarang,Sambalpur(Burla), Jaipur,Bhawanipatna there will be 1 Nodal center. Ojee candidates are required to go to the nearest Nodal center for the verification of document and for the other processes. In this year odishajee counselling its predicted that there will be maximum students participate in the ojee counselling procedure at Bhubaneswar that's why they have made 6 Nodal centers for Bhubaneswar.

Process Of Ojee 2011 E-counselling

Now finally we have reached for the important step, thats the process of ojee 2011 E-counselling. As there are some changes in the process of ojee e-counselling as compare to last year, so students are required to read the informations clearly so that it may help them while counselling.

• At first for the counselling of ojee 2011 students can register their names by making their personal secret password. Students can register at www.ojee.nic.in after the starting of the ojee counselling.
• Then students can fill up their respective choices, such that where they want to study, means at which college.
• After registration students will get a particular date and time.
• On that particular date & time Students are required to go to the Nodal Center with their certificates for verification purpose.
• On that Nodal center students will again lock their choices.
• The next step of ojee counselling 2011 is that after the choice lock they will make a printout of it & will submit it to the Nodal officer.
• On that print out there will be signature of the students as well as of the Nodal officer.
• After the completion of signature process student will keep one copy of the paper & Nodal officer will keep one copy of the document.
• The copy which the student will keep with him will be required at the time of verification of document & students are required to submit a xerox copy of it & a draft of counselling fee to the respective authority.
• After this process the next process of ojee 2011 counselling is that, there will be a seat allotment for the student in a particular date.
• And students will get a Bank Account number for depositing the draft.
• After allotment those students who want to join in the college will need to make a draft & submit it into the respective bank
• Students are required to deposit 16000 for Government colleges & 30000 for private colleges for the process of ojee counselling.
• Those who will not deposit the fees amount, they will automatically eliminate from the counselling process.
• After this there will be a Second stage Allotment for the OJEE 2011 E-counselling.
• In this step students are required to reach to the college which is alloted to them and are required to reporting to the college within the respective date period.
• And there will be no need of any original documents or any fees while reporting in the college.
• The students are only require to submit the xerox copies of the documents to the college while reporting.
• After this process all the colleges will inform to the JEE department regarding their availability of seats.
• After considering that there will be 3rd stage Allotment.
• After the 3rd stage only students can join into the colleges.
• Those students who will deposit the fees of joining in the college but will not join in any college, THEY CAN NOT RETURN BACK THEIR PAYMENT, this is applied for 1st time in 2011 odishajee counselling.
